Kids Classes
For ages 4 to 17. Confidence, focus, and good habits — taught with the seriousness of any adult class but with the playfulness kids need.
Kids Boxing (Ages 5–8 & 9–16)
Non-contact, age-appropriate. Builds confidence, footwork and boxing fundamentals.
Kids Yoga Club (Ages 4+)
Yoga introduced through movement, breathing and playful activities for balance and focus.
Teens Strength & Conditioning (Ages 13–17)
Age-appropriate strength training emphasising technique and positive habits.
Kids Street & Commercial Dance
A fun, energetic class teaching dance routines.
Kids Calisthenics

Women’s Only
Female-led classes for women who prefer a women-only room. Supportive, high-energy, and serious about results.

LAB (Legs, Abs, Booty)
