Kids Classes

For ages 4 to 17. Confidence, focus, and good habits — taught with the seriousness of any adult class but with the playfulness kids need.

Women’s Only

Female-led classes for women who prefer a women-only room. Supportive, high-energy, and serious about results.

Mothers Fitness

Built around what your body is doing right now — pregnancy, postpartum, or back in the swing of it.

General Fitness

Strength, conditioning, and full-body work. The bread and butter of the timetable.

Boxing

Pad work, footwork, conditioning. Taught by national-champion and 30+ year martial-arts coaches.

Dance

Move to music. No experience required. Energy guaranteed.

Pilates & Yoga

Mat Pilates, multiple yoga styles, clinical Pilates and Tai Chi. Calm work, properly taught.
